We are heading to Centre, Alabama tomorrow for a week of fishing. We are staying at the Bay Springs motel and campground. If there are any farmgirls from that area, we'd love to meet you!

Daizy - soooo sorry I missed this post and email. When I left work, I pretty much disconnected. I wish I had been able to meet you. We stayed in Alabama until Sunday, went to FL for 2 days then back to Alabama for a day then came home. We caught some fish in Alabama, bought some oyster and shrimp in FL and had a fish fry when we got home for our friends. I was a little disappointed with our catch, but we still had enough to feed everyone. I think my DH said he cleaned 42 mostly crappie, a couple of bluegill and a couple striped bass. We were hoping for more to put in the freezer for the winter. Maybe next year. He wants to go back in the spring, but I probably won't be able to do that one.
