I planted one tomatillo plant this year, just to try it out. Turned out to be a huge success, and now I am harvesting dozens of tomatillos daily, with really no idea of how to prepare them, or how to preserve them. Do you have any fantastic tomatillo recipes I should try?
Mine did real well this year as well. I must have ten plants, all volunteers from last years crop. We use them in salsas and soups regularly. They add a nice tangy flavor.
