For two days, I have not been able to pull up the general chat forum. I'm logged in, it just isn't there. Is anyone else having trouble?

FWIW. I can see all the pages I'm expecting to, so they don't seem to have disappeared entirely.

Let's begin with some clarifications to make sure we're on the same page. When you say "general chat forum", you do mean the actual "General Chat Forum" that contains Welcome Wagon, Across the Fence, etc.? And are you trying to view it directly, just like this link? http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/default.asp?CAT_ID=5

Are you able to view a more specific group like this? http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=33

I can think of several things to look into.
It's possible the page is taking a long time to load. Do you see the normal chatroom footer at the bottom of the page (as pictured below) or is it blank (the page just ends abruptly)? If you don't see it or the page seems to be unfinished, that would indicate the page is failing to load — likely because the connection is taking too long.

For whichever browser you're using, once you're viewing the page you're having the problem on, try clicking on the address bar and press "Enter" to make it reload the page. Once it's finished, click refresh. Do both of those, because they have slightly different effects in different browsers (Internet Explorer vs Firefox vs Chrome vs Safari, etc.), though either should suffice to simply make the page reload anew in this case.

And finally, there's the famous clear your cache or temporary internet files.
Follow these directions if neither of the above seems to be the case: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser s-Cache

Whichever of all the above you try, report back your findings.
