My dad lives in Florence, Arizona. I live in Wyoming. There is stark difference between the two areas. He calls me in the winter to tell me how warm it is. I call him in the summer to tell him how cool it is. It's a sick little game...I know.
He recently sent me a story about the desert and it inspired me to write a poem. I have published it on my blog. I hope that you enjoy it and get a little peek into the love between a daughter and her Dad.
