Ok, I wonder how many of you 'golden farm girls' remember these... We called them 'peanuts'..
My sweet baby girl lived in them all summer long.(1970's).. I wish I could find them now to buy for my sweet grand~girles ... but I don't think anyone makes them anymore...

I do remember that they were kind of difficult when you had to go potty really bad. Untie and pull the whole thing down......

I wore those back in the mid-60's when I was in grade school.
They were so cute and comfortable. I didn't know they were called "Peanuts" though.

I didn't wear them due my parents thoughts on clothing but I did put my girls in them and yes I agree they were a pain when they had to use the potty. Never knew they were called Peanuts though.

I do remember them and they were a nuisance when one of my daughters had to go potty. You can make them. I didn't know that they were called peanuts either. Laurie

you know, I should try to 'create' a pattern,,,, we called them 'peanuts' cuz,,, the shape reminded me of "Mr Peanut'... the dapper chap w/top hat, cane and monical...that represented the Planters peanut company... sooo, hmmm, I wonder if there are any old patterns out there or...if I could find one (wishful thinking) I could trace and copy... MY daughter was a master it popping out of hers when she had to go tinkle... lol!

Grace...we called these rompers...if you web search it by that name you can find all kinds of patterns on ebay...etc. I made tons of these for my daughter when she was a littlein'...I had completely forgot about these! I think my GD might need a few this summer.
