Hey everyone,
I love books. I love the feel of them in my hands, the smell of the paper. the savoring of the very first word that I read knowing I am going to get lost in a good story. I tried e-readers (I did have a Nook but discovered it was not for me and so I gave it to my mom) I don't know, I guess to me it's just not the same. I know there are many book lovers among us and so I thought I would make this little book angel for a give away. She stands about 4 1/2 inches long by about 2 1/2 inches wide. She is handmade by me and is one of a kind.
If anyone is interested in winning her just leave your name below. I will have a drawing for her on Wednesday or Thursday and will get her out to the winner asap.

Oh, Marcy..I feel the same way you do about books! I still have the nook. However, if there is a book I think will be special to me I have the hardback or series. Can't help it..the real thing will always be treasure to me. Please enter me in your drawing.

I read both from my Kindle and real books too.
I will be honest...I don't care what the format is...I am a die-hard
reader and I pray that when I get to Heaven there are books there too. (+:

i'm seeing this too late but she is cute! i am the same way about wanting a book in my hand;turning the delicate pages, taking in th written word...the smells sometimes associated with the books.... the feel of the cover....
