I am asking that you sweet farm girls pray for me...I have symptoms of a head cold/allergies...itchy watery eyes...runny nose...ears stopped up...sore throat and just feeling blah...so horrible to feel bad in the Spring...
I appreciate all your prayers:):):)
Feeling a bit better today(Thursday)...but still have that horrible allergy issue going on...I love being outside...but with everyone mowing grass...and things still blooming out...the great outdoors is not being my best friend this week:)...prayerfully things will be a lot better soon...thanks for all your prayers:):):)

This allergy season, mine was 95% better than last year because I started using saline mist in my nose 3-4 times day, especially as soon as I woke up and as soon as I came in from outside! I took Zyertek last year every day for 3 weeks, this year NO MEDS! I saw it on Dr. Oz and it worked!! It is all natural! I got it at Wal-Mart and it was about $5.00 .One can lasted me for a month! The meds I take everyday for MS dries out my eyes and my nose so it has helped there too!

Oh, Judy! How miserable! I will pray for you! I read a long time ago that if you eat locally grown honey it helps increase your immunities to allergens in your area. I have done this for a few years and have noticed it does seem to be true - I don't get the symptoms nearly as badly as in the past, but they still do hit me. I know it's not cure, but I sure hope this helps a little!

Judy, I will put you in my prayers and I do know how you feel, I have had similar symptoms recently and it hasn't been fun but I don't have time for it so I deal with it. This area has so many green things growing the pollen is aweful.
Anyway prayers for it to ease up for you and take care.
Connie that is neat I will have to remember that.
CJ that sounds like a great idea but what is a nettiepot? I still have you in my prayers too.

Sending up some prayers for you to get some relief. I too have bad allergies to the pollens in my area. I have been taking a tsp of Braggs ACV each morning in a half a cup of ice cold water and it has pretty much taken my allergies away. I take it everyday and chase it down with my cup of coffee. Everyone seems to have an idea, I sure hope you find one that will do the trick for you.
