Hi Janelle,
I think our forum Off The Grid/Homesteading Skills would be your best bet. Many of the skills for minimalist living are inherent in living off the grid and homesteading.
We try to limit the amount of new forums that we create in order to make it easier for folks to find what they are looking for.
