We all know parenting doesn't come with an instruction manual. Last night my 6 yo son told me of an incident he witnessed at school. He saw a fellow male student take a girls ring from her desk while the girl wasn't there. Danny told me he saw J take K's ring and and put it in his back pocket. I asked Danny what he did. He said that he told k what j did and where he put it. K confronted j who denied it. K stuck her hand in the pocket and got it back. I asked Danny if he told the teacher to which he replied no. I'm so proud of him for his maturity and bravery for not being scared to speak up. I did call his teacher last night and had Danny tell her what happened. She was surprised and glad we called. I'm still beaming because it seems we're on the right track. Danny was told not to speak about the incident to anyone except the teacher. It's really no on
