Oh I love this. You have inspired me. I have been wanting to work on some clothing for the Fort Bridger Historical Site's living history program and haven't had the time. Now, I want to get busy! Good job on a loving garment!

How beautiful Marilyn! I've looked at the Gibson Girl Blouse pattern multiple times but have never bought it. I just might have to now!

The pattern is really a true size and the pieces fit perfectly together. Better then most commercial patterns. I have owned the pattern for over 10 years and only just recently made the shirtwaist twice. I have made shirtwaist from other pattern companies but always found their sleeves to be too tight around the upper arm. I am after all a farmgirl and have the arms to show for it!

Thanks Judith. I have just begun this blog. I have a long way to go on it!
