Looking at the Daniel Fast has anyone followed this plan?
Order the 40 day plan but won't come until the 28th. Biblical plan on how to eat?

Hi Rose! I've never done it, but there was a big thing in the news last year about a church in Pittsburgh who was doing this with great success.
