This is a 1982 paperback cookbook by Jean Hewitt. (Think I've had it since about then.) It's a classic, but has no photographs. As a result, I never EVER use it. (Gotta have those photos to inspire me to cook!) Is there a FarmGirl who thinks she could get some use out of this? It's yours for the asking.
