I agree with Kathy. I just joined in April and so glad I did! I just love seeing everyones photos and it gets me out there and thinking about what I am going to take next week.

Still running behind as usual. I'm going to try to do one a day until I'm caught up. Here is my falling photo, well two falling photos. The first one is rain falling off an awning during a thunderstorm using a slow shutter speed, no flash, and a soft focus.
The second one is a fast shutter speed, with flash, and sharp focus during the same thunderstorm.

Thanks Theresa, I had fun doing them. It seems like people are busy and this has fallen by the wayside. I know I have not done so well to keep up but I really have enjoyed everyone's photos. I hope people start posting their photos again soon.

My city photo - this is one of the roof top gardens at The Getty Museum in Los Angeles. The tall buildings close by are the UCLA and Wilshire Blvd area I think. The tall buildings in the background at the left is downtown LA. It was a very clear day and looking to the west we could see freighters out in the ocean with an island (I think Catalina) in the background.
