This quilt was made for our Farmgirl sister, Nancy by our chapter of wonderful farmgals. The fabric is from MJ's line- it was donated to us for the purpose of making this for Nancy. It was an unexpected and totally appreciated gesture from the donator. She took it with her everywhere...always took it to church with her to be cozy and warm. Nancy was a very kind and loving gal. She never wanted to miss out on any of our farmgirl meetings and absolutely LOVED EVERYTHING about our gatherings. She just loved being in the midst of whatever was going on and was always up for our adventures with a cheerful smile. We will miss our farmgirl and sister in Christ. She passed away on 12.18.2013 We love you Nancy!!

I'm truly heartbroken to hear of Nancy's passing. That was so wonderful that she treasured the lovely quilt that was made for her - great picture of her and the quilt. I hope time will heal the loss of your friend.
