Prayers going up for you CJ, that God is with you through this whole course and that he will carry you through and give you strength, and that our Father God will have his angels hold you up to him through this and give you peace knowing that he is therein His loving arms, know that he is there CJ and know that we are here praying for you.

Consult visit went well. I have more information and a plan. I didn't feel real good when I went because of a poor night's sleep so the info was a bit overwhelming! I was also feeling discouraged because I'm in a place I don't want to be.
But, the plan is doable . . . I told the dr. I needed to read the material, assimilate the information, talk with my hubby and my daughter (best friend and confidante) just to get their perspective.
Please continue your prayers as I consider it all and for the next step.

Going to go with the new plan, which includes some diet changes and natural, high quality supporting supplements. As my family says, "you won't know unless you try it". I've already started making some diet changes, which are relatively minor. A couple things I'm not thrilled at having to change but I'll try to be a big girl about it. Started the supplements today, which are a bit pricey. But, if this plan works, then I'm all for it.
Thank you for your prayers . . . and I appreciate continued prayers as I embark on this part of the journey.

Thank you my farmgirl sisters! Working on all of the adjustments and trying to not get discouraged and give up.
Phone consult with dr. today to talk a bit about the supplements and diet changes and changes in my body. He believes it is "temporary" and that I'll make it through it all and encouraged me to not give up.
Lots and lots of adjustments!

It's been a while since I've been here and I know that this probably just goes on and on . . .
Well, you're correct, it goes on and on and it's such an up and down "ride". I'm REALLY trying to stay with this through the rest of March but some days are just difficult!!
