ME, that's who!!

Our daughter broke her leg this morning. She is scheduled for surgery in the morning. That means I am caring for the four babies. Exhausted already! Normally I have time to get things in order but I had to get them early plus get the five year old off to school. They'll be staying here til their daddy can get leave. My house really isn't baby proofed and now I'm scrambling to things I need for the baby to be comfortable. She normally sleeps with us but we can't do that during the week because she kicks like a super ninja. Please keep us and them in prayer! Its going to be a long healing process.

Praying for you Tracy. I agree with Roxanne, there is definitely a reason we have them when we're young. (((Hugs)))

Thank you ladies!

The oldest grand is 5. They are stair steps; 5, 4, 2, and 1 (they have birthdays January, February, March and May.

I've been blessed with a really nice playpen (i.e. containment unit ) and a walker. I'll be getting either a crib or another playpen for the 2 year old. Everything was free! The babies share our room and they kick like ninjas. Seems they can only sleep well after beating the bleep out of us or kicking us out of the bed. The older two have their own room (our ds).

Our daughter broke her tibia. They went into her knee and the side of her leg. The surgeon put in a rod. He said the surgery was successful but she'll be in a full leg cast for at least three months and then a half cast for another two. The plan was to do the surgery today but they did it yesterday evening.

I guess it was a good thing that made her call and apologize last month. This could have been so much worse than it was.
