I'm in school. Should have walked last spring but did a withdrawal to help our daughter during a difficult pregnancy. When I withdrew, I was told I was going to have to pay back some of the money used, a little over $1500. Even when I started back I found that I didn't have enough funds to cover my last two semesters because financial aid was not enough. I started back this fall because Uncle Sam, the Student Loan Man was chomping at my heels.I managed to go to school this fall and set up payment arrangements. With one thing and another I was unable to make the payments. Add another $300 to the balance In order for me to go back next semester I have to pay that bill and then pay the remaining $1500 to attend the spring and graduate. Sigh. Said all that to say this. I can't go to school next semester I'm planning to work in January but it just hurts that I can't finish what I started. One more thing to finish this year off on a bad note but I refuse to let it.

Tracy, I'm sorry that this has been so difficult. I understand that at times we try so hard and seem to go backwards instead of moving ahead. Work and get done what you have to and then go back and finish school- you have accomplished too much not to! Good luck, keep us posted and I'm keeping you in my prayers!!

Oh Tracy Im sorry to hear that! Are you sure there isn't another way? I would hate to see you give up on your education that you've worked so hard for. Especially since you're so close to graduating. Sending a prayer your way!

Thanks Lori!
I (we) appreciate the prayers. It does get a little discouraging when you think you've done your best and you still seem to come out on the bottom BUT God has the big picture and I just need to focus on him. I'm glad I started working on my new year now, lol! One good thing is I'm not living in denial and this isn't sneaking up on me. My biggest goal is to live life on purpose instead of living like I'm just surviving. I can't control a lot of things but I can control my reaction and I can make tentative plans for things that, if I'm living, I can implement as long as its in God's will. That's my new outlook and I'm sticking to it! LOL!!

Dear Tracy, It has been a tough year but you have seen some progress in family issues and this is just one more thing piled on, but you've made it this far. You are a strong, determined person and you WILL finish! Go back to work knowing your goal is still in sight, just a little farther down the road. Have you got a job in mind? Maybe you can find something that will keep you closer to your goal, kind of on-the-job-learning? Even if you don't, see if there's any way you can cut expenses and save up what you need faster. You know where you are at, that is part of getting where you want to go! Prayers are with you that is will all work out easier and faster than you have imagined. Keep us posted. Hugs, Susan

Thanks Ladies!
I'm looking at a company a former friend had started up. Its called Arise and they work with several well known companies like Carnival and Disney doing customer service (incoming). I was going to go in as her employee but after talking with my hubby, we decided I would incorporate and do it on my own. I won't start til next month as I've got to focus on my finals. It will take about a month of classes (for the job) and paperwork but then I can start.
Thanks again for the prayers!
