Tonight I made pumpkin brownies. Just take a box of brownie mix and add one can of pumpkin. Bake. It's that simple. I like it, some people might not, but I like both pumpkin and brownies--why not both together?

I have made a crazy cake using pumpkin instead of the shortening and it turned out great. No one even knew there was pumpkin in it. Think I'll try making the brownies that way.

sounds yummy, everyone in my home loves pumpkin and am always looking for new things to put it in. i will have to give this a go...

Cindy! I just want to thank you for sharing this recipe! I made it for the guys a few weeks ago and they loved, loved it! I used my own homemade brownie recipe, omitted the butter and eggs, and it was fab-u-lous! What a delicious, healthy alternative!
