Sometimes the best days are spent doing sweet enjoyable nothings. A bit of garden work, some coffee on the porch, throwing scraps to the chickens...shoooching through the autumn leaves....getting ready to do the last of the year grilling.

Incredibly low stress weekends are balm and blessing for the tired spirit. A deep and renewing breath before the holidays. I just received my yearly farmgirl certificate in the mail and walked back with my dust mop dog.

Lovely weekend!

Just a reminder to all of my sweet sisters to stop and breathe sometimes. Drink some tea, take a walk, read a book, sit on your porch...

Hugs

"Enjoyable Nothings" are true blessings! I'm getting better and better at giving myself "permission" to partake, enjoy and not feel guilty!

I so craved an "Enjoyable Nothings Day" today. It has just been me and the dog. I got my bedroom cluttered
cleaned up, did some laundry, started wrapping some Christmas Gifts (Yup I start shopping in Oct.) and am
determined this year to wrap as I go, talked to my mom long distance for an hour, now going to make a cuppa
tea and fold my laundry. Will knit later while watching Antiques Road Show and other favorite shows.

I have had two weeks of SOLID PEOPLE TIME and just really needed a me day. It's been rejuvenating.
But I am still very tired.

Hugs and More Hugs,
Peggy

Wonderful post Annika and so important for us to have that 'me time'.

There are so many 'little' things that are blessings!
