I have the presto pressure canner and cooker. I want to cook in it but do not where to start. I have a rooster I want to cook can anyone give advice pleaseeeeeee!!!!!

Do you have the manual that came with your pressure canner? If not, find it's model number or look at the manufacturer's website and find your model. (they haven't changed in years)from there you can request a manual. They are steps you need to take to safely can with one of these. Or, usually, someone on the internet has a manual. Do a Google search. The manual is essential.
