The last week has been overwelming...the outpouring of support is amazing! Thanks to everyone who has offered help in this disaster.
I have found that there is beauty even in the worse of circumstance and I hope to share some with everyone!
Every item I sell by October 31 will have a portion go to my small town's relief. With so many of us losing our sources of income we are struggling to find a way to survive the upcoming winter months.
Everyone has jumped in to put life back together for our town! Most of our donations are coming from our residents ~my goal is to be able to help support and provide food for some of the children who will be in need. I have also been working to help horses who have needs as well, even though I am currently separated from my horse when roads were washed away...I may be separated for months to a year before we can see each other daily again. My only way out is through some steep, twisting mountain roads that will be worse when winter hits. Last attempt took me 4 hrs to reach my baby boy....it was worth it to have him run to great me!
