Heather I am so glad that you got your goodies and posted. Glad you loved it. A lot of the farmgirls know that I am a memory book, mini album, smash book freak and I love to make them. I am terribly sorry to tell you that your package wont go out until Friday. It seems my busy life has gotten the best of me. I'm teaching full time, taking 4 college classes and then working 15-20 hours at a store. I'm not sure why I thought this was a good idea, but I'll somehow manage! I was lucky to also get the cold that a few of my students have and was out of commission for a few days. I just need to get to the post office and Friday is the first chance this week I can do it after school.
I did get your mail art and it's adorable! The shell made it just fine and I'm excited to try the tea! I've never had it before.
Again I'm sorry for the delay!

I am glad it came through intact. The chai tea is my favorite. I sweeten it and add almond milk. It tastes like pumpkin pie! However I am not your mailart buddy, ialready got my art. Double check your initial email for the address, and get well soon.

Judy/country treasure - I received my Mail Art yesterday (Tuesday) and was so excited to open it, I couldn't wait so I opened it in the Post Office hall. :-) Thank you so much for the beautiful card, pressed flowers and letter. This was my first exchange and I wasn't sure what to expect but I was smiling from ear to ear with this pretty card. Thank you for the letter telling me about where you live and your farm. I will send you a letter soon.

This is my first mail are event. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of these items. I can sue both the dish cloth and book mark right away. I will place the card in a special book in which I keep all my special correspondence.

Thanks for the sweet comments but truth be told we're all having fun because you stepped up to the plate so mail art would keep going! I know some days are a real struggle for you health wise so it even means more!!! Hope today is a good day with no rain??? If I was doing it the whole thing would be terribly mixed up!

Glad you liked it. I'm not sure where the pumpkin embossing thing came from. My mother in law has a bunch of stuff for scrapbooking and she doesn't use it any more. She said I can use what ever I want (Lucky me!!!!!) and that's where I got it.

Mary,
I was cleaning house when your package came through the mail. It was so nice to be able to stop and open and enjoy! The package contained a very pretty photo book with leaves, pumpkins, orange and brown papers and a give thanks title on the cover. As soon as I purchase some photo corners I am going to fill it with bunches of pictures of my grandsons and grand nephews and nieces. (I suddenly have 14) so I can definitely use it. A pretty handmade card accompanied.

Thank you for the compliment. I place them in every letter I write or package I send.
I am trying to find the time to build up a large inventory and have them in an Etsy store. I also want to place them in baskets in shops enclosed in small zip-lock bags up by the register and price them at $2 each.
Time is the one thing we need the most and we cannot buy.
