I will be hosting the new RAOK list.
I will need to have emailed to me your name, address if you would like to participate. You can post here that you'd like to join however, I will only be adding to the list those who contact me via email with the above info. This will be open until August 12th. Only those with their info to me by that time will be included. I will email the list to all the participants.
Also if you have allergies to anything such as foods, scented items etc. add this to your info please.
If you'd like to let us know your hobbies and such you can post those here or add them to your email.

I just want to give everyone who is signing up some pointers on how we can make the RAOK swap a successful one that's fun for everyone!
When you sign up, you are agreeing to send a card, letter or a little something to someone on the list. You are not limited to one person as with a regular swap. Send to as many as you would like. This will go on indefinitely.
When you receive a gift, it is always nice to be acknowledged, so it really is imperative that you acknowledge and thank whomever sent you something. I cannot stress this enough! Please do this on the forum even if you send a private email. I expect everyone will have the courtesy to do this. This is the only way the giver will really know that you received whatever they took the time and thought to send you, since not everyone will use delivery confirmation.
That being said, this applies even if the package does have delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is only done to make sure the sender knows that the package was received. It is not ok to not acknowledge receiving something even if you assume they know you received it from checking their delivery confirmation.
I know that this may seem a bit much to some, but it is better to go into a swap knowing what is expected of us right from the start.
This does not mean you have to send something to everyone on the list, nor does it mean you have to send something to the person who sent something to you.
Also, please do not wait to see if you are going to receive something before you send something out, that is not the point of this swap. We want to encourage and brighten someone else's day, with a RAOK!
I am looking forward to doing this and I hope all who sign up are too! Thanks to all who are participating...it should be lots of fun! 
Last and final tip: Bear with me this is the first time I have hosted the RAOK. One other "requirement" and I am only doing this to make things easier for those of us participating, you must be active on the forum.
Thanks to everyone who is joining in I know we will have a great time encouraging and getting to know one another better.

Hobbies for me are sewing, quilting, embroidery and reading. I like just about all colors but my favorite for my kitchen is red. But I really want to see others posting their likes and sending me emails so we can get this going and start doing some raoks.

I am in, and I sent you an email. I sew a little and love flannel and cotton fabrics. My kitchen in burgundy with hints of yellow and mint green. I love to garden and craft. I love anything homemade, vintage, buttons, and canning.

Please count me in...sounds like lots of fun! I love pastel colors...my kitchen is done in pastel blue and white paint with pastel floral wallpaper. I love anything with the look of cottage décor...picket fence and anything with small pastel flowers. I do some crafts and love anything lace. I am getting into scrapbooking and love anything pastel and floral in that material also. Love cats too...especially orange tabby's. And one more thing...I am starting to collect buttons of any kind and marbles.

Count me in on this Denise.
I love to do crafts, dotee dolls, zentangle drawing, painting on wood,
I love old buttons, vintage things and collectibles. I love the fall colors, turquoise, and Sunshine yellow and burgandy reds, not the orangey red.
I collect moose anything, socks, towels odds and ends and I love cats all colors.
I like cotton fabrics and fleece.
I really want to join this RAOK.

What an incredible idea! I am really looking forward to this!!! Hobbies include gardening, sewing, crafts of all kinds (I'll try anything at least once), embroidery, plastic canvas, cross stitch, and reading.

Rebecca~ There is no obligation to send any set items nor amounts whatsoever. This is just a list of ladies that would like the opportunity to brighten another farmsister's day. You send little gifts, notes, etc. at random to any farmsister on the list whenever you'd like. :D
My only allergy is to nuts of any kind. ;D

So Jessie you need to let us know a little about your hobbies.
Rebecca, You are not obligated to send on any kind of basis but it is just to encourage one another so if you find there is a time when you can send then fine and if there is a time when you can't that is okay too. It is not any set time or cut off like a swap would be. It is just a card or letter or whatever you want to cheer someone else in their day.
I hope you'll join us. I have found in the past with these lists that someone will receive a little note or something on just the day they needed to know that someone else was thinking of them.

This sounds like a very nice place to be. I would love to join in. I like all colors, but especially pinks, purples, and reds. I sew, knit, crochet, embroider, cross stitch and read. I collect buttons, post cards, and anything to do with tea. My favorite beverage. No allergies. I like country folk art, Victorian items and vintage items. This will be my first time in this swap. Can't wait.

I am joining in the fun this time round. I love anything vintage, especially vintage kitchen items. I collect old buttons and postcards. I crochet, cook and sew, embroidery and
make yo-yo's, I love to garden. My favorite colors are blues and pinks and whites, and pastels of anything.

This sounds wonderful!! I would love to join. I do all kinds of crafts, especially scrapbooking and card making. I like to sew as well, but I have not mastered knitting or crocheting yet. I have a collection of dairy cow things that can never be too big :) I love all kinds of tea and usually read while I'm drinking it. Homemade gifts are always special. My favorite color is purple, but my kitchen is blue.

I am excited to join this one! I randomly send things to my friends anyways so why not add more people to my list! :) I am a teacher who loves school supplies, anything I might be able to use with my kiddos! I craft many different things, scrapbooking and card making, along with making bridal headpieces and much more. I have a Cricut machine I use to make cards and whatnots. I'm in love photography, love to take pictures! I don't do alot of sewing anymore because I don't have a good machine. My favorite colors are pink and purple! Pink Flamingos are my Favorite!!! I love to try new things!
