Hi girls -

I've been out of the loop for a little while - heart stuff again, yay. But I'll be fine, because I've got as special little garden fairy watching over me... 'Just had to stop by and show you this amazing little angelic sprite who lives in my heart and flutters about my garden showering sunshine and giggles and love wherever she goes ...

Now...where is she? I just saw her...

Is she here?

Noooo....

Is she here?

Noooo....

Is she here?!

Noooo.....

Now where did she go?! She was just here a moment ago!

Oh! Wait! There she is!

Awww... Isn't she just adorable!? She's got WATER wings!!! This is our little Merm-angel garden fairy Ari! The prettiest flower in our garden, and the most adorable fishy in our pool! Pure joy! Just had to share!

Happy summer day!

Hugs -

Nini

Nini,
I am so glad to see a post from you and hope your heart issues
are clearing up. I know you were an inspiration to me before and
after my heart procedure. From a truly personal standpoint, I'd say
that you have a perfect heart, full of love and caring. And as to your
little garden fairy. She is so very cute.
Wishing you well!

Thanks, girls... Isn't she so sweet? You would love her!

Your prayers are GREATLY appreciated - bless you and thank you. Right now, just taking things very slowly and doing a little at a time. Laundry has been about the most exciting thing I've done since my hubby's birthday! Woo hoo! LOL! I've got a big stack of postcards I'm still working on for the swap, though, and hoping to get them out in the mail on Monday! :) Other than that, believe me, I'm counting my blessings and hugging my loved ones. AND, in the meantime, I'm just really enjoying watching our Merm-angel garden fairy flitting around in the sun! ;)

Thanks, girls... She IS really adorable! She's actually our "foster granddaughter," I probably should've clarified. She's as girly as they come on one hand, but on the other just as rough-and-tumble as her big brothers and uncle (my son) <ergo, the little scar on her forehead... stitches and all, not a tear shed. She's amazing.> She loooves dancing in the flowers and picking them, and she looooves to swim in the pool - she's never had any fear of water whatsoever. The other day my hubby came home from work and was teasing her about getting out of HIS pool so he could jump in. She said, "Nooo Charlie! DAT'S not YOUR pool! DAT'S my NINI's pool!" We all had a good laugh over that one. I don't even get in the pool unless its sweltering hot! LOL! I wish you could see the fairy dance she does when she comes out to the garden with me. Simply adorable. She is a big veggie lover (unlike all the boys in her life), so she is vigilant about watching the garden grow! I've been keeping an eye out for a little set of table and chairs and child's tea service to set up under the wisteria for her just so we can have those special "Nini and Me" memories, you know? I just love the way everything is so magical and miraculous to her - it makes me feel like a little girl again inside. Just such a joy. And she's got my hubby's heart wrapped up tightly around her little finger. If we had had a little girl, I would've lost him on day one! LOL!

Have a wonderful weekend, girls! Hope you're all enjoying warm sunshine with loved ones!

Hugs -
