Hello fellow Farmgirls,

I am Suzann Nichols, from the northeast corner of Alabama, Fort Payne to be exact. I am anxious to get started and also to recruit new farmgirls to my chapter. If you have any helpful ideas, I would love to hear them!

Hi Suzann,
Welcome from Minnesota. What are your interests?
There is so much to share and learn around here. Check out the different sections, personally I love to check out the blogs and websites of other posters. You'll find such practical, creative, positive, caring women here!

Hi Suzann,

Welcome to a great place to meet people who share a love of farming/outdoors stuff, and creative critical thinking! At least that's how I'd characterize my experience so far--only been here about a month or so. I have enjoyed my travels to the South, but don't think I've ever spent time in Alabama. If I were to plan a vacation there, what would you recommend as "must-see" destinations? My husband and I are especially into hunting down local diners and listening to the news of the day, discussed by the patrons there.

Cheers!

Liz

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?
