Here is how I make pizza crust. Learned it from Grandma and Mom. Easy! Easy!

1 teaspoon of yeast.

1/2 to 1 cup warmish water (depends on how many pizzas or how thick you like your crust) I make thin/crispy

Let yeast dissolve for 5 minutes or so....

sprinkle of salt.

ad flour until doughy and pulls away from edges of bowl. Knead on counter w/ flour until you are able to roll it out. Put it on a greased pizza pan. I bake mine for about 5 minutes to get it started. And It cuts down pizza cooking time and adds a little more crisp to the crust.

I have been doing this recipe for years. Everyone raves. It is very easy.

Any questions feel free to ask. I find it is easier to 'show' people my recipes because the are not exact measurements.
Thanks
Arttie

Hi Arttie,

I don't see an oven temperature for the pizza crust. What temperature do you use? The recipe sounds great and so easy. Think I will try it.

Sorry.... I bake at 350-375 degrees. Depending on your oven. My current oven is gas. You know your oven best.

Good luck
Arttie
