I'm looking for recipes, using adzuki beans, that my entire family will enjoy. Preferably, recipes with no other processed foods. Got any?

i have one (basic) one for soup. it is basic in that it is beans, veggies, seasoings, broth, cook. and that's about it.

Adzuki beans work well in meatloaf and meatballs as a replacement for the ground meat. Cook them (I use dry, soak them and then cook them)and then pretend they are ground meat. Taste delicious. Cooking time is less ( at least half )because they are already cooked.

Give thanks to yourself everyday for all the wonderful things you do!

Thank you both. I saw recipes on-line for some with kale too - beans and greens.
