Well, we are done lambing for 2013 and only one more goat left to kid! It was the coldest Spring I can remember. We had several lambs that had to be treated for hypothermia. But overall it went well. All but one ewe and lamb are out on pasture. Now we get to enjoy watching all of the lambs and kids playing :)

I know. There's just something about wooly white lambs that are so adorable. I have 2 white hair lambs, but they're not as pretty as wool lambs. Enjoy all those babaies. And hopefully you'll be warming up.

Wow Sandra! Lambs and kids make the whole ordeal of birth watching and helping worth it. I love the stage where the lambs seem to pop off the ground and leap around. they make me think of fuzzy little popcorn balls . so cute! I'm still in the middle, a few lambs to go and all of the goats. The landlords are late last year breeding so we have the babies a bit later than normal. I was up late last night with a skittery first time ewe and her lambs getting her to bond.
Congrats on a successful lambing/kidding!
