I would really like to make banana chips, but I dont have a dehydrator yet. Any ideas on using the oven or woodstove?? I'm thinking about making a little box for atop the woodstove with some removable trays...??? Cristine
I think MJ has some photos of a homemade box dehydrater in her book. Also check out the Readers Digest book Back to Basics, it has a ton of valuable information including some on dehydrating.
