I have some in the cabinet. Thanks for sharing. I love lentils in just about anything and this is another great way to introduce them, especially to kiddos.

I posted another lentil casserole recipe on my blog too. I think I have a search box in the upper left, where you can type in lentils or lentil casserole. It's pretty good too.
