Sewing I'm not to good at, but decided to add a ruffle to my Redwork towel. Makes a better statement hanging on the oven door. I think.or maybe.

gosh, nancy jo 1 it's sunday and i'm online at home basically to be able to look at your site! (work has it blocked for security purposes :( )
the towel is pretty and the lacey edge is great but i wonder if it would have been better in blue gingham...guess i'm partial to blue since that was my home ec cobbler apron! oops-hope i didn't offend! i guess is ee the blue stripes down the side edges and feel tah is where it should be coordinated! i'm anal like that!! but i love the use of the old curtains!
you inspire me but the towel is just another thing that i couldn't display at my house with my sweetie man still around- he would wipe up the floor with it so it would no longer be pretty...just another of the "old man syndrome" that i deal with...can ya feel my frustrations?
hugs to you sister!

Margo, have a DH just like that too. And that's why I don't put out my pretty towels. Just like the other day - he used a towel to wipe out the dog kennel and then was putting it back with the spray bottle under the sink. Luckily I saw it and said no way - it goes to the laundry room straight away. Men!!
Nancy, love the towel. You do such beautiful work. Wish I had 1/4 of the talent you have. Just enjoy looking at all your work.
