I recently made this kind of retro shirt/jacket. I love it but my husband and daughter think the print is tacky. I mean I don't have a horse or anything, but I think it's funky, not tacky. Bah, what do they know...So would you wear it?
This is my daughter modeling it. She just wouldn't wear it in public. Brat...

I think it would look awesome with a cute little red patent leather belt up on her skinny little waist! I'd wear it :) Of course, she's the type that would look good in anything you put on her. I'd probably look ridiculous in it...LOL!

I love it. But maybe for your daughter in a different print that she would wear. I thinks it too cute on her though. She is beautiful. And I sure wish I could sew clothes.

Yes, I would wear it. It is adorable, and in a Western Specialty shop it would sell for high dollars. It is a time to express yourself and your interests, in the process of becoming who you are. If she really likes it then she should wear it with pride and when people admire it (because I think they will) it can be a conversation opener of what she enjoys. Does she like horses? Beautiful sewing really! Very cute photo. We all know Mary Jane would wear it and look tres chic. I think Coco Chanel would have approved too! I've edited this note to add a few fashion photos. It seems you are the cutting edge mom.

Hey Lisa,
I see your from Hampden, that's great I used to live in the Stockton Springs area growing up..now I live in West Enfield. I love the coat, I have never been huge on printed images like wolves or horses on T-shirts, but this jacket is so sweet. I won't be the first one to tell yah though that you shouldn't trust my fashion sense..I am a secondhand thrifter and good will type of gal. Oh yeah..did I mention I'm an art teacher, people always say they can tell from my clothes...haha. I would definitely wear it though!
