I love pretty plates to put desserts on. This is from the thrift awhile back.
I seem to be in a "Lets change things around mood" this morning. I had some good ideas when I couldn't sleep last night. So we will see where that takes me.

Such a lovely setting. I especially like the tea cup. It's gorgeous.

Oh yummy, peanut butter cookies are my alltime favorite cookies and with the nuts in them even better. And the plate and settting are beautiful. I love that blue color. And I am the same as you Nancy Jo all my ideas come in the wee hours of the morning. But then I'm so tired of thinking about them by morning to actually do it. Carly Simon always had her studio no more than 20 ft from her bed so she could get up in the morning and go directly in there while her ideas were still fresh. My little craft room is right next to my bedroom, but is almost always too cold to go in there in the morning. I have been bugging hubby to run a gas line in there. I have a heater to put in there.

Love the blue plate- looks like depression glass. And of course- that bird tea mug...well- I really do have to get myself one of those.
You always have such pretty displays to share with us Nancy Jo. Your home is so warm and inviting!
