It does not surprise me one bit that we both chose a bird theme. We both have the same name, we are both first-time ATC'ers and we both live in Michigan...

Thank you Anita! I received your two lovely hand stitched burlap and
felt ATC's in today's mail. One has a cut out fabric bird
and the other a butterfly on a flower (also cut out from fabric). Some
pretty buttons and festive ric-rac are also on them. I love the matching piece of fabric you enclosed and the nice handwritten note,
what a treat to open your envelope!

Got your ATC yesterday and I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE it. It is absolutely fabulous. Girls, the background of the card is knitted blue sky with a white intarsia cloud, and the design is embroidered tree, grass, and flowers that is just gorgeous. There is a bird ornament and a cage ornament. It is a true work of art. Since my phone image transfer isn't working, here's a webcame version of me happy to receive this ATC. (Sorry the lighting is incredibly bad due to sitting next to picture window with lots of snow outside)

So, Debbie . . aka "buzzn bee", knows I sew. She made this adorable "Sew It" themed ATC for me. Middle/base is plastic with fabric on front and back, the pillow for the little miss is padded, embellished front and back with all kinds of sewing themed goodies.

She wrote a sweet note on the back of the sewing machine cutout and tucked it inside this cute little sewing decorated envelope and there is a yo-yo on the back.

She knows me well! I'll put it in my sewing center with the other sewing themed one Debbie made for me some time back . . remember Debbie?

Glad you like your No Paper ATC. I also just love the fabric. It was funny that we both used fabric that had polka dots. Ah, what can I say?
I do remember the other sewing ATC I made you. I forgot until you just jogged my memory bank which is becoming more like my piggy bank each day..."EMPTY." LOL!

Ladies,
All of the ATC's are treasures of art at it's best! Everyone made some very beautiful and unique ATC's. I know all of the recipients will treasure them for many, many years to come.

Linda, I received your darling ATC yesterday. It is sooo cute. The tree bark just sets off the other nature-related items. You are so imaginative and creative. Yours has been ready, and mailing it just slipped my mind. It will go out Monday. Please let me know when you get it.

Malena, I LOVED your ATC!!! It came in the mail yesterday and brought a big smile to my face. It is so cuuuuute! Love the little purse look and the colors are gorgeous! I have the "Peace" rock on my kitchen shelf above the sink. Love that, too! Thank you so very much! Yours is done and by the door to be mailed tomorrow. I planned on hitting the post office yesterday morning but my son's sick silkie chick ended up getting my attention first. :o) Thankfully she's doing much better today!
