New I am to the chatroom. Well truth be told new to any chatroom. Never found any thing worth chatting about before. I'm also not exactly "new". 70 years old and have no intention of slowing down. Having 8 children ranging from 13 to 49 tends to prevent atrophy. No medical miracles here, we adopted our grandchildren 10 years ago. Hope to find others in the area, northern New Hampshire to get together with localy. Most of the thing in the merit badge list I have done, quilting, sewing, cooking, raising chickens, rabbits, horses, etc.,crocheting, cheese and butter making, etc.etc. etc. but love learning something new. for now, go in peace.

At any moment you can chose to be content or irritated, which makes more sense to pick?

Sonia, welcome to the farm! There is ALWAYS something worth chatting about here. I mean, we're a huge bunch of farmgirls and you know how us gals like to gab! And you are a busy lady! My goodness, how do you find the time!
Hope you enjoy being here and look forward to getting to know you better.

Welcome aboard Sonia. There are a number of us who are of the "social security" age around here to chat with on the various threads. Just chat when you want to.

Welcome, Sonia!! You had me laughing at 'no medical miracles'. I bet you're a good story teller and I can't wait to hear more.
