Does anyone have a tried and true all purpose baking mix? I'm looking for something to make up so I can use it for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, pot pies, stuff I can make at home and for camping/traveling.

I love MaryJane's Budget Mix but we can't afford the shipping and upfront cost right now. Once we are done moving I know our story will be different and I think we will be able to just buy Budget Mix instead of mixing up our own. Which will be nice but for the time being I am going to have to figure out how to make my own. I found a bunch of boxes of regular baking mix on the clearance rack at the local grocery store which helped but now I am running out of that and am looking to make homemade. Thanks in advance! :)

I believe there was a recipe for the budget mix in Mary Janes Idea book.

I'll have to check the Idea Book out of the library again! I have the Outpost and Stitching room book and I need to get the Idea book and the new Glamping book yet! :) So glad the library has them!
