Last week, we noticed Joseph had some swelling in his eyes. It has gotten worse so his whole face looks puffy. Last night I was checking his glands on his neck and they were swollen and rock hard. He's also been running a low grade fever. Took him into the doctor today. They took blood for tests and now we wait. There are about 40 different things it could be. Some are pretty scary. Please pray that it is just a virus. If he is contagious, then he can't be around my mom for Christmas because her immune system is compromised from chemo. I'm trying to not freak out to much right now and I'm staying away from google. We are meeting with the doctor tomorrow at 9:00 to get some answers and find out what is going on. His whole lymph system is swollen as is his liver.

I'll try and post an update tomorrow.

Wendy,
Not knowing and having to wait for answers can be so nerve racking. I hope the doctor can give you the answers you need tomorrow. Will be praying!

Praying for Joseph.
Wendy, as a mom, I know how you must be feeling so I am praying for you, too, for peace and strength during this trying time.
Praying that Joseph is feeling better quickly!
Hugs,
