I make aprons to sell so I cut a LOT of fabric and I get a LOT of scraps. I have a box of scraps that is up for grabs to the first person who wants it.
The scraps are not terribly big, but would be great for yo-yos, dotee dolls & similar projects, pincushions, quilt projects using smaller pieces, etc, etc.
I might stuff in a few pieces that are larger . . we'll see how the box "stuffs".
