I have ground dried corn for cornbread (sourdough version), einkorn and kamut wheat berries for bread. I use a MockMill. It allows me to do a fine, silky grind. Love it and it's very inexpensive.

My daughter made a starter a few weeks ago and I had no idea it was so easy!
