So i love the idea of the budget mix. I dont, however, want to use the white flour mix. I prefer the nutritional benefits of the whole wheat. How do I adapt recipes written for the white mix to use whole wheat?

You can use our whole wheat Budget Mix in recipes without any adaptations at all. We use our super-fine whole wheat flour in our Budget Mix so it performs nicely either way. You can always go half and half also.

Thanks MaryJane for responding. I have been substituting the whole wheat exactly as written for the white mix. Recipes seem a bit thick and dry, thats why I wondered about any adaptations.
