I've made this little chicken before as pincushions and decided to try to make a Christmas ornament using some machine embroidery. I'm somewhat pleased with the results. The more she "hangs around" the more she grows on me.

OMG! That is toooo cute! I can see a whole 'flock' of Hens hanging out at your place! lol! At 1st look, I thought you used a bandana for fabric.... then I looked angain and then read your post...nice job with the embroidery machine....

Oh, this is adorable. Yes, you need a whole flock.
