I recently took a cheese making class. The instructor said not to store/age my finished Bleu Cheese with the other cheeses I make. She said she 'heard' that the bleu cheese will corss with other chesses. I would like to know is this true? i cant see how once they are either waxed sealed or sealed in a seal a meal that it could cross over from one cheese to the next.

I haven't made the root beer yet. I ran out of time last weekend and I.vowed I would not do any elaborate projects this weekend in the kitchen.
