Saturday's and Sunday's because that is the time when my husband is home and all of the family is together. And usually a time when we all go out together as a family or when we gather together in our backyard and just have good old family time without the stresses of work/work related issues.

Sunday....that is family day - we go to church and then get together for Sunday dinner. We try to keep it a day of rest and reflection but it doesn't always work out that way!

Friday--my husband works 10 hour days, M-Th. They start very early for both of us and we're ready to crash by the end. SO. We sleep Friday mornings without that alarm clock! And, I usually make breakfast, then we both do our home and yard stuff, rarely going anywhere. Bliss.

I don't really have a favorite day of the week, but I have a favorite time of day lately - NAP TIME!!! I have discovered that there is pure bliss in having two little boys asleep for even a few minutes at the same time during daylight hours. When it happens, I usually get a cup of something to drink - tea, OJ, coffee if my eyes aren't staying open! - and just sit down outside and listen to the quiet... Heavenly!

XOXO, Libbie

Libbie how I remember those precious quiet moments! Well, I still experience them because I do child care - when all the little ones are asleep at the same time it is a gift for sure! LOL

since honey hunk and i are in those 'freedom years' where we don't have to go to that four-letter word: J O B S ... every day is fun and just like the day before and tomorrow!

libbie .. i never, ever, ever take naps or sleep late cuz' someday we'll all be ASLEEP for a looooooooong time! HOWEVER ... helping my daughter with two little ones .. i've actually looked forward to a nap when i can get one! i need to go back home to get some rest! xo

Friday's after 4 pm and Saturday and Sunday and any paid Holiday .

Friday's after work are great, because I sometimes go to the store (Freddies usually) get some groceries and browes around the garden area, home section without feeling rushed and before the 5 pm and later crowd gets there. Saturday usually is wash day/clean house or yardwork day - still better then being in the office. Sundays are reserved for laziness. I usually have a bit of laundry to finish up and then if I want to do yard work then I do that, if I want to take a long nap, then that is the plan, etc. I don't nag DH to do anything on Sundays either - so right now those are football days for him if the SeaHawks are playing.
