Some days I can't believe the things that come out of my son's mouth. Like tonight, while having the nightly "discussion" about why he is not doing his homework, my 5th grader son looks me dead in the face and says, " I can't Mom. I've gone blind." That kid of mine, I swear...

Today we were reading the Story about Noah and the Flood, and so I ask my 6 y/o what was Noah's sons names, she says she doesn't remember, I say well one's name was Ham, she says, maybe one's name was Turkey.....um. lol haha

My 3 year old Grandson was watching the athletics at the Olympics with me on TV - and the long jump came on, he asked me 'Nanny, why are the men falling over in the sandpit?' All the years of training reduced to falling over in a sandpit - it made me laugh!
