This is the first season that I have enough eggs to stock up on homemade noodles. Do I need to dry them completely to freeze them? And can I dry them in the dehydrator? It's very humid here right now.

I would try to dry them completely so they aren't gummy or freeze them totally uncooked or dried...but if you do totally dry them you can over can them instead of taking up freezer space.......just a few ideas for you...Michele'
