| Until today, when it was time to harvest a hen or cockrel, I've just boiled the bird until it was fairly tender. Today I decided to cook a couple in the pressure cooker. I cooked them the for the amount of time the book that came with the cooker said to cook them. It was obviously meant for store bought chicken as the birds came out TOUGH. Does any one have a suggestion on how long to cook free range chicken in the pressure cooker? |
