Well this weekend I am hosting a small Trailer Slumber Party...
and the 1st one arrived yesterday... the rest arrive Friday afternoon...
I have posted 6 photos of Sherry's lil trailer on my 'gracie' blog... so pop on over to take a peek...
I will post more photos later this weekend,,, sort of a 'trailer tour' for you to drool over... lol!

Well Grace it sure looks like you are in for a fun weekend . Lots of great pictures. Wish I could be there, but I would have to sleep in the house or a tent. No camper for me. So sad.

Love the pics Grace . . I'm envious!
I did spend yesterday "lacing up" my tent. Put it up by myself . . . needed to do that so I know that I could in case I will need to. Then spent a lot of time putting a lot of lace on the rainfly AND the tent with a lot of Velcro dots! Don't want it permanently attached. It looked really good . . . Bramble was keeping a close watch, of course! Then I detached all the lace, took down the tent, packed it up so it's ready for our glamping trip this weekend.
Heading out Friday . . .YAY!

| Coming up on Oct 1 is Succot. Although we won't be using any kind of trailer, rv or flatbed trailer I will be in a tent for 10 days. Looking forward to it. |

Hey Margaret, it's not what you camp/glamp in,,, it's just the wonderful experience,,, with or with out frills...camping is a 'breath of fresh air'....

| It's too bad I can't get my kids to camp out. The party poopers. One year we did a hay ride on a flat bed trailer and used bales of hay for seats. We went around the mountain. I love being outdoors. I finally have a job that is out doors and can be out side year round. |

If I still lived in SO.CAL... i would be out door camping all the time.... up here I have to tuck my trailer away in Oct... we are suppose to get 'snow showers next week,,, but just lite snow... the heavy stuff doesn't come down until around Turkey day. Oh Joy!
Did you see todays segment on the Hallmark channel with MJ as a guest , about Glamping?

Well, we have to put our glamping tents, etc. away for the season now. It's too cold and there is snow in the mountains and hunters. Don't get me wrong . . . I'm not against hunters. My hubby, my family and many friends are hunters. However, there are many hunters in our mountains that I don't want to be near to.
Anyway, IF I could go glamping with my daughter and glamping partner in Arizona, it's now getting to be cool enough there to do so. But, she's a teacher and a very busy one and just doesn't have the time right now.
Sooooo . . . we just look at our pics, go touch the glamping linens once in a while, sigh, dream, pretend . . . build a fire in the firepit and make s'mores and let the wood smoke waft around our heads.
Hoping for more glamping fun next summer!!!

Oh CJ, I feel your pain in putting away the Glamping goodies. I still have my backyard glampning tent set up, and am hoping to get in another weekend or two. I just cant bear to take it down yet, even though I know that I should. It is starting to dip into the 40's here at night. I have been enjoying at least sitting out there reading and had a campfire the past 2 nights. No campfire tonight- its raining. I have my fingers crossed that I can sleep outside Friday night- its supposed to be in the 50's at night so that will be fine.
Oh how I hate to see the season end (which is why I NEED a canvas wall tent with a wood burning stove in it!!!! LOL)
Now if I could just convince my husband of that.....
