I am really enjoying seeing all of the fabulous glamping set ups you all have. I especially love the tents. Wow! You all are really creative and the tents look so cozy and comfortable.

We camp in our vintage trailers (one at a time of course ). We usually attend 2-3 vintage trailer rally's in the spring, summer and fall and also do a couple family trips to various places as well.

The first trailer is Buttercup, who is a 1961 Shasta Compact. She's had a lot of work done to her and of course decorating.

This is Jellybean, a 1955 Bellwood that is in original condition.

I have more pictures on my blog at the link below. We have a lot of fun and really enjoy the vintage trailers and attending the get-togethers. I hope that we will get the opportunity to camp with some of you in the Midwest!

I'm pretty jealous! While I'm currently a "tent glamper" of the "4871 Glamping Farmgirls" . . . we'd LOVE a cute little trailer someday.
But, we can only dream . . and look . . and then go glamp up our tent and enjoy the daylights out of that, which we do.
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you. I have to say the bed in the back of the 55 Bellwood is heavenly! It's more comfortable than the one in our room at home. Sometimes I sneak out and sleep in it in the driveway (:

Thank you Shanda, glad you like them.

Katmom, you are very welcome. It's hard to believe how quickly it's grown. It makes me happy that so many people are looking for a vintage trailer of their own as it means many more will be preserved next generations to enjoy.

I just bought a 1973 Jayco. It needs some work but probably won't make it very frilly because I am sharing it with my husband. But I have named it "Gnome on the Roam" and plan to decorate it with some gnomes and a gnome quilt.

we just got a 67 HR Vacationer. it doesn't need a lot of work, it's in really great shape. some minor repairs. and, of Course, glamping up!! i'm with KanMogirl. can't be too frilly. DH is indulging me to a degree though. didn't think about flour sack curtains. love them. found some fabric in my stash that i used for the first set. and we have been haunting yardsales and thrift shops for stuff. Once DH understood what i was searching out, he got on the bandwagon!!!

Some dreams are worth the risk it takes to make them real.
