I love a tea swap. Here's a tea swap with a twist. Send your partner one fresh,(not expired, used, or containing beetles,) serving of tea, along with a handmade craft that is tea related.
For example, if i were a papercafter, I would make a set of cards with teapots on them, after contacting my partner to swap addresses. I would then send her a teabag, along with the craft I have made.
If I embroidered better, I would make a tea towel, but no one deserves my embroidery.
Sign ups will end on August 1st, try to send out by the end of the month. Swappers must live in the US, due to high postage rates, and because swappers love flat rate boxes.

i had a gal not want to give her address internationally. I had a gal want to drop out of a swap once because shipping to Canada was $2 more, so we swapped partners. I'm VERY sorry I forgot to put US only, as it's been a long time, I an I normally copy and paste a lot from my previous swaps, which are always US only. This is a new swap for me, and I forgot it.
I already messaged with Judy, to tell her sorry, and she said she found another person she wanted to send to. I don't want to sign her up without her knowledge, as well as I have been accused of picking the best partner, whatever that means, so I can't let you pick your partner out of fear persecution. Don't you remember the swapping etiquitte thread?

Ladies,
I would like to clear the air PLEASE! I told Trish that my hat goes off to all FG that hostess swaps since I don't have the computer skills to be one. I truly mean that!! It has given me the chance to meet some wonderful ladies & enjoy their creative skills! I didn't know that some swaps were strictly for the States only. I did sign up for the swap before remembering to ask if it was ok. I'm very sorry for that! I did ask (no excuses on my part!) not to be a partner with 2 FG since I just barely sent a package out to one & the other one, well we mail all the time. It had NOTHING to do with hurting someone's feelings or being mean! I just thought they probably would like to hear from someone else rather than me agian.
I would NEVER want to put a money burden on anyone for mailing costs!!!! Gosh, we're all on some kind of budget now a days. I have NO idea what email is being sent around.
PLEASE I meant no harm in anything!!!! Trish, I'm VERY SORRY!! I do want it known that at NO time did I tell Trish that she wanted the best partner or anything like that! I'm sure it has taken alot of time to organize this swap & I'm SURE it will be fun. There's great talent out there! I don't really know what else I can say but I don't want any trouble & agian meant no harm.
