or a Cazuelas. I found one yesterday. I'm so excited. Not sure why because I have tons of cooking accessories already. (see my post on the porch about downsizing.... ugh! I should stop collecting already)
Anyone have a favorite recipe that they cook in one of these? My Mom has one but only uses it to make her corn souffle. I'd love to make a traditional Spanish dish in it.
